This was a fantastic project for a fantastic client! Firefox completed an intensive UAV flight mission capturing aerial photos and video, constructed a new website, and fully implemented an online marketing plan for Clary Development.

Garry and Trudy, owners of Clary Development Ltd., are some of the most wonderful clients any company could work for. Clary commissioned Firefox to assist with their real estate marketing earlier this year. We sat down and worked out the details to renew and revive their website and came up with a marketing plan to help increase their property sales.
Some of the tasks Firefox Enterprises completed to market Clary Development included:
- UAV aerial photo and video capture mission of all properties at their Glentanna Ridge phase 5 subdivision
- Complete set-up and development of a new website
- Website content authoring
- Production of aerial photographs and video including SEO friendly metadata
- Search engine optimization for the website
- Set-up and implementation of Google Ads and ad campaigns, Google Analytics, YouTube channel and Google Business listing
- Set-up for social media integration
- …and more!
We went the extra mile with the media production. Take, for example, the UAV aerial photographs on this blog page that have a drawing overlay. We were provided the AutoCAD drawings from the engineering firm, and overlaid the individual lots over the relevant aerial photographs. To make this work, we used ground control points at each corner of the property, then scaled the plan view drawings to match the aerial photographs. Very Cool!!
Each real estate property listing was hand crafted and tailored to the location and surrounding area. Most property listings contain overlay aerial UAV images, a photo gallery and a short video giving you a great idea of what the property and surrounding areas look like; from the comfort of your home!
We look forward to doing more work with Clary Development on new subdivision phases in the future.
